Rentals
Molnar Investment Properties, LLC offers affordable apartments and home rentals located in Wicomico County, Maryland. Call us for availability.
Please click on the Rental Agreement Application below if you are interested in renting one of our available locations. If we have nothing available, fill out the rental application to be put on our wait list. When filled out, you can drop it off at our office, address located at the bottom of the page, fax it to us, or mail it to us. Fax number and mailing address can be found under the “Contact Us” tab.
New Construction
Molnar Investment Properties, LLC offers sales of newly constructed homes. We purchase empty lots and build new homes on them. In some cases, we will buy old homes that can’t be renovated, tear them down and build something new. If you are interested in any of our new construction properties, please call us for availability.
Fixer Uppers
It’s our desire here at Molnar Investment Properties, LLC to serve our community and make our communities look better. In that effort, we will purchase homes that need some TLC. We work hard to fix them up and we will either sell them or make them available for rent.
